Silk Next Milk Redesign
2024
Description
Our redesign of Silk Milk packaging aims to address existing strengths while mitigating identified weaknesses, ensuring a cohesive brand identity while enhancing clarity and appeal.
We've replaced the ambiguous cow pattern with high-quality photography or illustrations of the actual ingredients used in the product, such as oats, soybeans, and coconuts. This provides consumers with a clear visual representation of the plant-based nature of Silk Milk. By bringing back the old Silk logo with the leaf in the letter 'k', we maintain brand recognition while reinforcing our commitment to plant-based ingredients. The retention of red and blue colors ensures continuity and familiarity with the brand. We've included clear and concise usage instructions, as well as highlighted key benefits such as being dairy-free, lactose-free, and rich in nutrients. Additionally, different flavor varieties are clearly distinguished to aid consumer navigation. Our packaging reflects Silk's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility by using a color palette that evokes freshness, healthiness, and nature. This aligns with the brand's values and resonates with eco-conscious consumers. Imagery depicting Silk Milk being used in various dishes or recipes enhances its appeal and utility, helping consumers envision its versatility in their daily lives.
Overall, our redesign prioritizes clarity, brand consistency, and sustainability, ensuring that Silk Milk packaging effectively communicates its plant-based nature, benefits, and usage while appealing to modern consumers seeking healthier and environmentally conscious alternatives.

NEFAB x RRU Slip Case
2023
Description
Our idea's core concept is to create a modular protection system. We achieved this through sequential protective elements which are removed at key stages. A slipcase-based design is used as our internal structure, providing protection until the RRU is fully installed and then torn away using a strategically placed perforated piece.
Additionally, we aim to maximize functionality while minimizing the environmental impact by using limited paper-based materials, minimal adhesives, and effective folding techniques. Finally, we have focused on simplifying the installation process and keeping costs low for the client.

Description
We focused on people with Alzheimer’s on public transportation specifically because using public transportation is already the most challenging thing for elderly people so we wanted to point out if this is already a challenge what would people with Alzheimer's do.
The device that we designed is basically a navigation system with some reminders about the user. The user will wear this device as their necklaces or hang it on their pants before going out. The caregivers have their own app on their phones to follow each step of the user. Generally, the device will be used as a calendar and clock. The prototype has a lid so whenever the user wants to check the information or anything else they need to open the lid first.
